A cuboidal box is $5 \ cm$ by $5\ cm$ by $4\ cm.$ Find its surface area.

Answer

Length of cuboid box $(l) = 5\  cm$
Breadth $(b) = 5\ cm$
and height $(h) = 4\ cm$
$\therefore$ Surface area
$= 2(l × b + b × h + h × l)$
$=2(5 \times 5+5 \times 4+4 \times 5) cm ^2 $
$=2(25+20+20)$
$=2 \times 65 cm^2$
$=130 cm^2$
