- Agro based industries.
- Mineral based industries.
- Agro based industries –
- Draws their raw materials from agricultural products.
- Eg: - Textiles – Cotton, Jute, Silk and Woolen.
- Mineral based industries –
- Draws their raw materials from Minerals.
- Eg: - Iron and Steel, Cement, Machine tools, Petrochemicals, etc.
