In winter, some parts of Asia get cold quickly.
Hence heavy air pressure centers are formed in these areas.
The water bodies near it are relatively warm at this time.
Hence light pressure centers are formed here.
As a result, in winter there is wind from land areas to sea areas.
These winds come from the northeast corner of South and Southeast Asian countries.
Hence they are called northeast angular seasonal winds.
Since these winds come from land areas, they have very low humidity.
Hence they do not give special rain.
But some photos of the northeast angular seasonal winds passing over the ocean, becoming humid and raining.
For example, in the Coromandel on the east coast of India and in the northern part of Sri Lanka, the northeast monsoon winds passing through the Bay of Bengal in the period of December to January give most of the year rainfall.
As such, it rains in winter along the coast of Coramandal in Tamil Nadu.
