Answer
Cruelty to Animals God created all living creatures on earth with the same feelings. The feeling of pain, happiness, anger, etc. is the same for all. However, since animals and plants do not speak, we humans abuse them to such a great extent that if they could respond, we would have suffered much more. Animals are being killed for more than the basic needs. Mam kills animals for pleasure and monetary benefits like getting their skins, tusks, fur, etc. for his own pleasure and not considering the fact animals are also living beings. In laboratory experiments animals are used on a large scale and they have to undergo great suffering of pain and agony, just for the reason that they cannot stop these things by staging protests or demonstrations. Cruelty to animals could be either due to negligence or from intentional act. Negligence like failing in providing good food, shelter, and care for animals is a common occurrence. Sometimes the owner may not be aware of certain facts that make the animal uncomfortable and unhealthy and this could be taken ups and rectified by law enforcement authorities, In case I am bitten by a poisonous snake, the first thing I would do is to put a band tightly over the bitten part. Then I shall use a blade or knife to make a small cut on the bitten part and press the poisonous blood out. Then I shall go to hospital for medical help. I shall not go to sleep until I feel better and safe. Deliberate cruelty to animals occur when one resorts to exploit them for pecuniary benefits. To bring down the cruelty shown on animals, there are many legal bodies that work for animals and their well being and they take action when a cruelty is being reported or seen. Cruelty to animals could be recognized when you see wounds on an animal body, when there are several outgrown nails, with extremely thin animals that are starving, while they limp, keeping animals out in extreme climatic conditions, animals being crammed into tiny cages that are not their size, kept in unhygienic conditions and so on. If any of these or any other conditions are seen where animals are neglected and treated badly, then definitely you could report to animal welfare bodies like $SPCA$ (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and they would take the necessary actions to. take care of the animal and take action against the culprit. Animals also have the right to live on earth in a peaceful manner and we ought to learn to love them, care them, rear them and not harm them. We should also promote the programmes for guarding the animals and adopt the animals for better nourishment.
