1. introduction : When customer do not get goods as per the order or an employee behaves rudely they write complaint letters. Customers complaints are genuine most of the times. In mo4ern times the trend has changed and seller views the complaint letter in positive side and he tries to improve the quality and service of his product.
2. Customer is always right : Today in trade and commerce this concept has been adopted and the benefits of it are as follows.
(1) “Customer is always right” based on this concept only seller should try to solve the customers complaints and try to improve quality of goods and services
(2) Considaring customers complaints genuine, it should be resolved quickly and on time.
(3) A satisfied customers helps to advertise for the seller.
