$(1)$ Subgroups:
There are many groups in any society.
These groups have several subgroups.
Individuals have many subgroups with different types of social positions.
The concept of group and subgroup is relative.
The concept of subgroup is based on the system we identify as a group.
E.g. If we consider India as a group, then the various states of India are its subgroups.
Similarly if the school is a group then the students, teachers, servants etc. are its subgroups.
Subgroups in groups have cotyledons
$(2)$ Roles:
The role that a person performs according to social norms in terms of social status is called role.
Role is the behavioral aspect of status.
Each subgroup has to play different roles in the social system.
E.g. the principal manages the school, the teacher teaches, the student teaches.
These deeds show their role.
$(3)$ Social norms:
Social norms are the criteria that determine a person's behavior.
These criteria determine the suitability or inadequacy of a person's behavior.
E.g. School rules.
Which controls the behavior of everyone from the school principal to the student.
$(4)$ Cultural values:
The person who behaves in a social system, who has status.
It is valued by cultural values.
Cultural values are called high social norms.
E.g. the principal of the school should run the school with honesty and transparency.
Through the above four aspects the social system satisfies its own goal.
Aspects of the social system are interrelated.
