$\because$ $1000000 = 10^6$
$\because$ $\frac{293}{10^6}=293\times10^{-6}$
$\Big[\because\text{a}^{-\text{m}}=\frac{1}{\text{a}^\text{m}}\Big]$
$=2.93\times10^{-6}\times10^2$
$=2.93\times10^{-4}$
