Evaluate: $7 \times |-15| - |-9| \times 8$

Answer

$\because |-15| = 15$ and $|-9| = 9$
$\therefore 7 \times |-15| - |-9| \times 8 = 7 \times 15 − 9 \times 8$
$= 105 - 72$
$= 33$
Hence, $7 \times |-15| - |-9| \times 8 = 33$
