Explain how the transactions of goods return are recorded in Deshi Nama System

Generally in Deshi Nama System, traders does not keep goods return nondh or goods returnkhata. There is outflow of goods in both sales and purchase return and therefore purchasereturn is treated as sales and credited to Vakara Khate. In the same way sales return istreated at purchase and debited to Kharid Khate. Any cash received relating to purchasereturn or sales return is recorded in Rojmel. Credit purchase return and credit sales return is recorded as follow: $(1)$ Credit Purchase Return: $(1)$ If goods is returned before the credit purchase transactionthen that amount is deducted from traders and not amount is recorded in Jamanondh. $(2)$ if credit purchase is recorded in Jamanandh hut before preparing Tarij, if purchase return isdone then amount of goods return is shown after deducting from purchase the amount inthe trader's account. $(3)$ If purchase goods return is done after preparing Tarij then it isconsidered as credit sales and recorded in Udharnondh. $(2)$ Credit Sales Return: $(1)$ If good return before recorded this transaction of credit salesin Udharnondh then that amount is deducted from hill and net amount is recorded. $(2)$ Ifcredit sale is recorded in Udharnondh but sales return goods is received before preparingTarij then net amount of goods return is deducted from credit sales and net amount isdebited to customer account and recorded in Udharnondh. $(3)$ If sales goods return is receivedafter preparation of Tarji then it is considered as credit purchase and recorded in Jamanondh.
