Explain single circulation using a diagram.

Answer

Single circulation is found in fish. Fish have two chambers in their hearts-one auricle and one ventricle. The heart pumps deoxygenated blood in fish, which becomes oxygenated through the gills and then is sent to different parts of the body. Oxygenated blood returns to the heart. This process of blood entering the heart only once is known as single circulation.
