Aankadavahi is a Kachi Khatavahi in which, the ledger accounts of the customer are opened and daily posting of their accounts is done from the Rojmel, Bethomel and Udharnondh. Afterwards at a convenient time, proper posting is done in the ledger where in all the ledger accounts for the business are opened. As the posting is done twice, chances of committing the errors or forgetting to record a transaction are reduced. At the time of collection a person called Gumasto, who goes for collection gets all the information. Aankadavahiis also known as Sudhavahi or Kachi Khatavahi.
