Method of making Sonthastra :
1. Take 1 kg dry ginger (sonth) powder, 10 liters cow urine, and 200 liters water.
2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a plastic or earthen container.
3. Keep the mixture covered and allow it to ferment for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
4. After fermentation, filter the solution and use it for spraying on crops
