Question
Explain the principle of distributive justice.

Answer

In a cooperative society, a certain percentage of the profit earned is transferred to reserves. The remaining profits are distributed equitably among the members on the basis of volume of business done by the member with the cooperative. So, if Mohan has contributed less capital than Rohan but his volume of business is more, then his share in the profits will exceed Rohan's share. This is the principle of distributive justice.
