Question
Explain the terms : Bahiskar - Boycott

Answer

Boycott was one of the programmes undertaken during the Anti-partition movement and on larger scale during the Non-Cooperation Movement. It meant not cooperating with the British government by refusing to contest elections, appear before the court, work in the government schools and colleges, buy foreign goods and returning the honours conferred on by the British government.
