Question
Explain the terms : Treaty

Answer

A treaty is an understanding arrived at by two or more nations. Such a treaty is made to achieve common goals, such as the Angle Japanese Treaty of 1902. A treaty is also made by the victors with the vanquished after the war and to make peace, such as the Treaty of Versaille between Germany and the Allied Powers. The vanquished nation is forced to accept the terms and conditions imposed by the victors.
