Unity of command
  1. The principle of unity of command states that each employee in an organisation should receive orders from one superior only and he should be responsible to only one superior.
  2. It prevents confusion regarding tasks to be done
Equity
  1. Equity states that there should be no discrimination against anyone on account of sex, religion, language, caste, belief, nationality etc.
  2. It emphasises kindliness and justice in the behaviour of managers towards the workers to ensure loyalty and devotion.
