Question
Explain with example relatively permanent changes.

Answer

Learning obtained by us is mostly permanent or lasts for longer period. The short term changes which occur due to fatigue, injury or drugs can not be regarded as learning. When the fatigue is over or when the broken bone of the leg is joined, person can easily walk which can not be called as learning. Thus, we can say that relatively permanent change occurs only when an individual learns something with practice.
