Find C, when $\bar{\text{C}}=200,$ MPC = 0.5 and Y = ₹ 1,000.

Answer

We know that,$\text{C}=\bar{\text{C}}+\text{bY (MPC = b)}$
Substitutins the vatues, we get = 200 + 0.5(1,000) = 200 + 500 = 700
