Differentiating $x$ and $y$ w.r.t. $t$, we get

\frac{d x}{d t} & =\frac{d}{d t}\left(e^{3 t}\right)=e^{3 t} \cdot \frac{d}{d t}(3 t) \\
& =e^{3 t} \times 3 \times 1=3 e^{3 t}
\end{aligned}

\frac{d y}{d t} & =\frac{d}{d t}\left[e^{(4 t+5)}\right]=e^{(4 t+5)} \cdot \frac{d}{d t}(4 t+5) \\
& =e^{(4 t+5)} \times(4 \times 1+0)=4 e ^{(4 t+5)}
