Soil: Bio-fertilizers are a type of organisms, which is responsible for the growth of nutritional quality of the soil. The main sources of bio-fertilizers are bacteria, fungi and cyanobacteria. The nodules located on the roots of leguminous plants are formed by the symbiotic relationship of Rhizobium. These bacteria fix atmospheric nitrogen and convert it into organic form. Plants use it as nutrients. It can also fix atmospheric nitrogen. Nitrogen content increases in this soil.
