Find the difference between the place values of the two nines in $79520986.$

Answer

The place value of $9$ at ten lakhs place $= 90$ lakhs $= 9000000$
The place value of $9$ at hundreds place $= 9$ hundreds $= 900$
$\therefore$ Required difference $= (9000000 - 900) = 8999100$
