$\text{Let y}=\cot^{-1}\left(\sqrt{3}\right)$, $\text{where}\ 0<\text{y}<{\pi}$
$ \therefore\cot\text{y}=\sqrt{3}$, $ \text{where}\ 0<\text{y}<{\pi}$
$ \therefore\text{Y}=\frac{{\pi}}{6}$
$\therefore$ required principal value $ =\frac{\pi}{6}$
