Using formula $lim_{x\rightarrow a} \frac{x^n - a^n}{x-a} = n a^{n-1}$
Here $a = -2, n = 7$.
$lim_{x\rightarrow-2} \frac{x^7 - (-2)^7}{x - (-2)} = 7(-2)^{7-1} = 7(-2)^6 = 7 \times 64 = 448$.
