$5 x=(50)^2-(40)^2$

Let us consider the following equation:
$5 x=(50)^2-(40)^2$
Using the identity $(a+b)(a-b)=a^2-b^2$
we get:
$5 x=(50)^2-(40)^2$
$5 x=(50+40)(50-40)$
