Five students obtained following marks in Statistics. Find out range and coefficient of range: $20, 25, 35, 30, 15$

Answer

Range $= L_V - S_V = 35 - 15 = 20 $Coefficient of Range $=\frac{\text{L}_{\text{V}}-\text{S}_{\text{V}}}{\text{L}_{\text{V}}+\text{S}_{\text{V}}}$$=\frac{35-15}{35+15}$
$=\frac{20}{50}=0.4$
