These crops are grown in the monsoon season. Kharif season starts from June July and continues till October November. For e.g. Paddy, maize, millet and cotton.
B. Rabi crops:
These crops are grown in the winter season. Rabi season starts from October November and continues till March April. Wheat, grams barley, mustard are Rabi Crops.
