T-lymphocytes : 50% lymphotropic cells reach the thymus and form thymus dependent lymphocytes or T-lymphocytes and through blood transport system they reach the lymph notes, spleen tonsils etc.
B-lymphocytes : 50% lymphopoietic cell reach the liver of the foetus and bone marrow after birth and form B cells or B-lymphocyte, some of these reach the lymph notes and other lymph tissues.
