Question
How does the polling take place?

Answer

On the election day, the voters cast or poll their vote. People, who are eligible to vote go to the nearest 'polling booth' and vote. A mark is put on the finger of the voter who votes as an identification mark so as to avoid any person voting more than once. An agent of each candidate is allowed to sit inside the polling booth to ensure that the elections are conducted in the free and fair manner.
