$(1)$ For the focusing of the human society on issues like pollution, water problem, poverty, unemployment, girl education, child labour, atrocities against women, there should be a discussion as much as possible in the media like television, radio and daily newspapers.
$(2)$ While discussing these issues on television, the men of the ruling party and the opposition parties openly accuse on each other, which has an adversc effect the society. Therefore, they should maintain discretion and limitation in speech.
$(3)$ Atrocities against women, children, the elderly, the poor, etc. should not be placed on mobile video.
$(4)$ Students must use mobile phones for communication purpose only. They should use games and internet less and prudent because light of mobile phone damages the eye sight and has an adverse effect on time and education.
