Correct option: D.
$4 : 1$
$bc : ac = 1 : 2$ or $ac : bc = 2 : 1$ or $a : b = 2 : 1 (1)$
$ac : ab = 2 : 3$ or $ab : ac = 3 : 2$ or $b : c = 3 : 2 (2)$
From $(1)$ and $(2), a : b = 2 \times 3 : 1 \times 3 = 6 : 3$
$\therefore a : b : c = 6 : 3 : 2$
$\therefore\frac{\text{a}}{\text{bc}}:\frac{\text{b}}{\text{ca}}=\frac{6}{3\times2}:\frac{3}{2\times6}=1:\frac{1}{4}=4:1$
