If $d$ varies inversely ast $t^2$, then we can write $dt^2= k$, where $k$ is some constant. Since, two quantities $x$ and $y$ are said to be in Inverse proportion, if an increases in $x$ cause a proportional decreases in $y$ and vice-versa, in such a manner that the product of their corresponding values remains constant.
