If $\Delta$ is an operation on integers such that $\text{a }\Delta\text{ b}=-\text{a}+\text{b}-(-2)$ for all integers a, b. Find the value of: $4\ \Delta\ 3$

Given, $\text{a }\Delta\text{ b}=-\text{a}+\text{b}-(-2)$$4\ \Delta\ 3=-4 + 3 - (-2)$
$=-4+3+2$
$=5-4$
$=1$
