Linear pair:
$\angle \text{COB}+\angle \text{AOB}=180^\circ$
$\Rightarrow 3\text{x}^\circ+3\text{x}^\circ=180^\circ$
$\Rightarrow 6\text{x}^\circ=180^\circ$
$\Rightarrow \text{x}^\circ=\frac{180^\circ}{6}$
$\Rightarrow \text{x}^\circ=30^\circ$
