Maximum $\%$ error in $\rho$ will be given by
$\frac{\Delta p}{p} \times 100 \%=\left(\frac{\Delta m}{m}\right) \times 100 \%+3\left(\frac{\Delta L}{L}\right) \times 100 \% \ldots(i)$
