Question
In $\triangle\text{ABC, }\angle\text {A}=90^{\circ}.$ Which is its longest side?
✓
Answer
Given: In $\triangle\text{ABC, }\angle\text{A}=90^{\circ}$
So, sum of the other two angles in triangle $\angle\text{B}+\angle\text{C}=90^{\circ}$
i.e. $\angle\text{B, }\angle\text{C}<90^{\circ}$
Since, $\angle\text{A}$ is the greatest angle.
So, the longest side is BC.
