(i) Khadar is new alluvial soil which gets renewed every year. Hence, it is more fertile as its minerals are not been used by crops much.
(ii) Bhangar soil is old alluvial soil which is been used for long time for growing crops and, hence, its fertility is less. Moreover, it is not renewed every year.
