Techniques to prevent pregnancy:
  1. Use of intra-uterine devices such as Lippes loop and Copper T.
  2. Use of condoms.
  3. Surgical methods (e.g. tubectomy).
  4. Use of intra-uterine devices is not meant for males.
The use of these techniques will keep the mother in good health. With a small family size, parents will be able to provide quality resources to the child
