In all the above, human is at the centre. “Getting work done from others mean management.” even in the above definition man is at the centre. If the company has adequate modern resources and if employees do not make optimum utilization of this resources then it is a waste of resources. Production, sales and financial management’s success depends upon employees. Thus, we can say that management means employee management.
