When the number of terms is $25$
$5 + (-5) + 5 + (-5) + ..... = (5 + 5 + 5 + ..... 13$ terms$) + (-5 - 5 - 5 - ..... 12$ terms$) = 13 \times 5 + 12 \times (-5) = 65 - 60 = 5$
