$3\frac{2}{7}+\frac{1}{7}-2\frac{3}{7}$

The given fractions are:
$3\frac{2}{7}+\frac{1}{7}-2\frac{3}{7}=\frac{23}{7}+\frac{1}{7}-\frac{17}{7}$
$=\frac{23+1-17}{7}$
$=\frac{7}{7}=1$
