Solve:$49-x^2-y^2+2 x y$

Answer

 $49-x^2-y^2+2 x y$
$=49-\left(x^2+2 x y-y^2\right)$
$=7^2-(x-y)^2$
$= [7 - (x - y)][7 + (x - y)]$
$= (7 - x + y)(7 + x - y)$
$= (x - y + 7)(y - x + 7)$
