$\Rightarrow$  – 8+3 $\le$ 5x –3+3< 7+3
$\Rightarrow$ –5 $\le$ 5x < 10
$\Rightarrow$ –1 $\le$ x < 2
$\Rightarrow$ x $\in$ [-1,2)
