$\Rightarrow 3 x^2-9 x+4 x-12=0$

$\Rightarrow(x-3)(3 x+4)=0$
Elther $x-3=0$,
then $x =3$
or
$3 x+4=0 \text {, }$
then $3 x=-4$
$\Rightarrow x =\frac{-4}{3}$
Hence $x=3, \frac{-4}{3}$.
$\Rightarrow 3 x^2-9 x+4 x-12=0$
$\Rightarrow 3 x(x-3)+4(x-3)=0$
$\Rightarrow(x-3)(3 x+4)=0$
Elther $x-3=0$,
then $x =3$
or
$3 x+4=0 \text {, }$
then $3 x=-4$
$\Rightarrow x =\frac{-4}{3}$
Hence $x=3, \frac{-4}{3}$.
