$2 x^2-\frac{1}{2} x=0$
$ \Rightarrow x\left(2 x-\frac{1}{2}\right)=0$
Since $x=0$ or $2 x-\frac{1}{2}=0$
then $x =0$ or $x =\frac{1}{4}$
$ \Rightarrow x\left(2 x-\frac{1}{2}\right)=0$
Since $x=0$ or $2 x-\frac{1}{2}=0$
then $x =0$ or $x =\frac{1}{4}$
