⇒ x = 0.4
∴ x = 0.4
⇒ 4x + 4.9 - 4.9 = 6.5 - 4.9
⇒ 4x = 1.6 (Substrating 4.9 from both sides)
$\Rightarrow \frac{4 x }{4}=\frac{1.6}{4} \quad$ (Dividing by 4 )
⇒ x = 0.4
