Solve the following equation : $\frac{ x }{1.2}-6=1$

$\frac{ x }{1.2}-6=1$
$\Rightarrow \frac{ x }{1.2}-6+6=1+6 ($Adding $6$ to both sides $)$
$\Rightarrow \frac{ x }{1.2}=7$
$\Rightarrow \frac{ x }{1.2}=7 \times 1.2 ($ Multiplying by $1.2)$
$\therefore x=8.4$
