Question
Solve the following equation : $\frac{ X }{2}-3=5$

Answer

$\frac{ x }{2}-3=5$
$\Rightarrow \frac{ x }{2}-3+3=5+3 \ldots($ Adding  $3$ to both sides $)$
$\Rightarrow \frac{ x }{2}=8$
$\Rightarrow \frac{ x }{2} \times 2=8 \times 2 . .($ Multiplying by  $2)$
$\therefore x =16$
