Question
Solve the following equations :
$4 z+3=6+2 z$

Answer

We have, $5 x+9=5+3 x$
$\Rightarrow \quad 5 x-3 x=5-9\quad$ [transposing $3 x$ to LHS and 9 to RHS]
$\Rightarrow \quad 2 x=-4 \Rightarrow x=\frac{-4}{2}\quad$ [dividing both sides by 2]
$\therefore x=-2$, which is the required solution.
Check For $x=-2$
$LHS =5(-2)+9=-1$
RHS $=5+3(-2)=-1$
$\therefore \quad LHS = RHS \quad$ [as required]
