$5 m^2-22 m-15=0 $
$\Rightarrow 5 m^2-3 m+25 m-15 $
$\Rightarrow m (5 m-3)+5(5 m-3) $
$\Rightarrow( m +5)(5 m-3) $
$m +5=0 \Rightarrow m =-5$
$5 m-3=0 \Rightarrow 5 m=3 \Rightarrow m =\frac{3}{5}$
$\therefore$ Hence, $m =-5$ and $m =\frac{3}{5}$ are roots of the equation.
$\Rightarrow 5 m^2-3 m+25 m-15 $
$\Rightarrow m (5 m-3)+5(5 m-3) $
$\Rightarrow( m +5)(5 m-3) $
$m +5=0 \Rightarrow m =-5$
$5 m-3=0 \Rightarrow 5 m=3 \Rightarrow m =\frac{3}{5}$
$\therefore$ Hence, $m =-5$ and $m =\frac{3}{5}$ are roots of the equation.
