Things to keep in mind for letters of acceptance and execution of orders:
(1) Reference: -First the customer should be thanked for placing the order by mentioning the order letter number, date and goods to be shipped.
(2) Information: - Information should be given about the goods sent or to be sent.
(3) Enclosure: -The total amount of the bill should be stated and a copy of the bill along with the letter, transport receipt or railway receipt and
(4) Receipt: -Delivery Receipt should be sent.
(5) Billing: -If money is transacted through the bank, the customer should be informed about it by submitting the bill to the bank.
(6) Packing: - It should be clarified that the instructions regarding packing have been taken into consideration as per the request of the customer.
(7) Insurance Receipt: -If the goods are reserved with insurance, the insurance receipt should be enclosed with the letter.
(8) Future Relationships: -Speaking that the seller is keen to serve the customer, the expectation of large orders in the future should be mentioned.
